Lucky Pup Prizes – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

• Competition: Any skill-based prize competition run by the Promoter 
• Entrant: Any eligible UK resident aged 18+ who enters 
• Prize: Any advertised reward 
• Wallet: Your account balance held on the website 

2. General

•  By entering, you agree to these Terms. 
•  All draws are guaranteed and will not be extended. 
•  You must provide accurate contact details. 
•  Competitions will only be cancelled if unavoidable (e.g. technical failure). 

3. Eligibility

•  UK residents aged 18+ only. 
•  ID may be required. 
•  No duplicate or false accounts. 
•  Staff and immediate families are excluded. 
•  Accounts may be suspended or closed for rule breaches, fraud, or unfair play. 
• From time to time, Lucky Pup Prizes may offer free-to-enter competitions, giveaways, promotional draws, bonus entries, site credits, or other goodwill incentives. Participation in such promotions is entirely at the discretion of Lucky Pup Prizes and may be amended, suspended, restricted, or withdrawn at any time without notice.
• Lucky Pup Prizes reserves the right to refuse, restrict, remove, or disqualify any individual from participating in free promotions where, in our reasonable opinion, they have engaged in abusive, aggressive, threatening, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate behaviour towards our staff, moderators, representatives, members, or the wider community.
• We are committed to maintaining a respectful and welcoming environment for all participants. Any form of harassment, intimidation, bullying, or repeated disruptive conduct may result in the removal of free promotional privileges and, where appropriate, suspension or closure of the participant’s account in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
• Participation in free promotions is a privilege and not a contractual entitlement.

4. How Competitions Work

•  Governed by English law. 
•  Entry does not guarantee a win. 
•  Tickets are allocated after successful checkout only. 
•  On-site games (scratch cards, wheels, etc.) are for entertainment only. 
•  Instant wins are randomly generated within ticket ranges. 
• To participate in the various games and giveaways on our social media channels, a £5.00 spend since account inception is required unless otherwise stated.

5. Entries & Limits

•  Entries are final and non-refundable unless a competition is cancelled. 
•  Ticket limits and basket spend limits may apply. 

Strictly prohibited:

•  Holding tickets without payment 
•  Abandoning baskets repeatedly 
•  Blocking tickets through excessive basket use 
•  Syndicate blocking or manipulation 

Enforcement:

•  Accounts may be suspended or banned 
•  Entries can be voided 
•  Winnings and balances may be withheld or forfeited 

6. Free Entry Route

•  Enter by post with full details (name, DOB, address, email, phone, competition name).

•  One entry per postcard; hand written and no bulk entries. 
•  Must have a registered account matching details. 
•  Accepted entries receive a discount code or wallet credit. 
•  Stamp-value rules apply where ticket prices are lower. 

7. Draws

•  Conducted live on Facebook. 
•  May be drawn early if sold out (within 48 hours). 
•  Instant win tickets still enter main draws. 
•  One ticket = one main prize max, but players can win multiple prizes with different tickets. 

8. Prizes

•  All main prizes are guaranteed. 
•  Cash alternatives may be offered at fair market value. 
•  Cash prizes paid by bank transfer after verification. 
• Any free prize or giveaway must be claimed within 14 days or an alternative winner will be chosen.

9. Verification & Withdrawals

•  Identity checks required before payout. 
•  Account name must match bank account. 
•  Withdrawals usually processed within 1 working day (up to 48 hours weekends). 
•  Incorrect details may delay or reject payment. 

10. Wallet & Credit

•  Site credit cannot be withdrawn. This includes the £10.00 Affiliate Bonus and Player Rewards.
• Affiliates must have an active account and have spent £10.00 cash to qualify for affiliate bonuses.
•  Some promotions require minimum spend to earn credit. 

11. Data & Anti-Fraud

•  Data handled under UK GDPR. 
•  Anti-fraud checks include ID, address, and account monitoring. 
•  Abuse (codes, accounts, fraud) = exclusion and void entries. 

12. Safe Play

•  Tools available: limits, time-outs, self-exclusion. 
•  Cooling period on limit changes. 
•  External support available (e.g. GamCare, Gamban). 
•  Players are responsible for using these tools. 

13. Liability

•  Not responsible for: 
  •  Missed entries due to tech issues 
  •  Third-party failures 
  •  Minor content errors 
•           Liability is not excluded where unlawful (e.g. fraud, injury).

•  No marketing during self-exclusion/time-outs.
